What to expect
Coaching is a loosely structured, creative conversation with a purpose, that helps you see your situation (and yourself) with more clarity and helps you sort your thoughts.
I ask curious, non‑judgemental questions that help you uncover what you want to make, what truly matters in your creative life, and what small, doable steps will keep your momentum alive. It’s a calm human space to untangle ideas, get unstuck, and reconnect with your artistic direction in a way that feels authentic to you.
What to expect
We meet for a one‑hour conversation (online or in person), and we follow your agenda. If you’ve never done coaching before, don’t worry. We will start with a discovery session, which is simply a chance to get to know each other and explore who you are, where you’re heading, and what feels important right now.
How long it will take
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Many people find that 3–5 sessions, spaced about a month apart, give them enough time to take next steps and reflect on new perspectives. Some prefer a quicker rhythm to keep momentum going, others need more space between sessions. We will work together and adjust frequency to what works for you.
My commitment to you
Those principles will guide every coaching conversation we will have.
Confidentiality
What you share in a session stays in the session. Always.
Respect and inclusion
Every person and every session is different. And that's exactly how it should be.
Trust and honesty
I'll be straight with you, and I hope you'll be straight with me. That's where the good stuff happens.

Professionalism
I follow the EMCC professional practice framework. Not because I have to, but because it makes me a better coach.
Competence
I'm always learning. Every session I have makes the next one better.
Wellbeing
If something doesn't feel right during a session, we stop. Your wellbeing always comes first.
Social responsibility
I'm mindful of the impact coaching can have. On you, and beyond you.
